Inspection Prices
These prices are for general guidance only. There are details we need to know about the house before we can give a firm price (e.g. prices could be higher for older homes). Please call for actual price.
Full Inspection:
Up to 1450 sq.ft. = 325
1451 to 2000 = 350
2001 to 2500 = 375
2501 to 3000 = 400
3001 to 3500 = 425
3501 to 4000 = 450
> 4000 sq.ft. - call
Partial inspection: $200 (e.g. roof only)
Radon Testing: $100 if included with a full inspection; $150 separately
Wood-Destroying Insect Inspection: Included with a full inspection; $125 separately
Major-problem-only inspections are also available for a reduced rate - call for details
